Scheduling-text terms

Purpose: The texting option lets a person authorize Treystman Law to send individualized, non-marketing texts about scheduling a consultation or appointment and related logistics instead of calling. It is not enrollment in an advertising, promotional, automated recurring, or mass-marketing campaign.

How to give permission: On the Treystman Law home page, enter your mobile number, affirmatively check the consent box, and submit the form. The checkbox is not preselected. Your submission records the consent language presented, the date and time, your mobile number, and related technical evidence.

Treystman Law will use the number only for the scheduling communications described when you give permission. Texts will be sent only as reasonably needed for that purpose. Permission for scheduling texts does not authorize marketing or promotional texts.
